Using a sequence of foundational yoga poses, we’ll tap into a deep sense of peace by connecting with the five elements as they pour forth into manifested reality. Learning to harness this wisdom and remember our oneness with these elements opens us to the peace that’s always present within. As we move, we’ll focus on five key actions—our “mantra of five”—to align the body and invite this flow of ever-present tranquility.
